New audio tracks!
Howdy, y'all!
If you didn't notice it when you logged
in today, we've finally got some audio tracks posted. On the left side of the home page, you'll see a tab that says
"Northridge Live!". Clicking on this tab will take you to a page where you can listen to live recordings from our
show at St. Joseph's Villa on May 9, 2008. You can get the "Quicktime Player" plug -in to listen, which you
can get for free by going here: http://wvvvw-quicktime.com/ or you can listen through Windows Media Player.
We hope you'll
enjoy them. Many, many thanks to Jerry Mallory for recording us, and for graciously sending us a CD of the show. Next up for us is the Grottoes Family Bluegrass
Festival in Grottoes, VA., on June 21. Once again, we're honored to be on the bill with our friends The Lonesome River
Band, along with many other great acts. More information can be obtained by logging on to: www.grottoesfamilybluegrass.com We look forward to seeing you there! Til
then, take care, God bless, and we hope to see you soon! Harrison

St. Joseph's Villa
Welcome, welcome all!
Hope this finds everyone well.
Several things to tell y'all about this go-round, so let's get to 'er!
This
past Friday, May 9, we were in Richmond, VA, at St. Joseph's Villa for their annual Hoedown fundraiser. We were joined
by my all-time favorites, The Lonesome River Band, for a wonderful evening of bluegrass music. Sammy and the guys played a
lot of material from their new project ( which should be out very soon), and boy, is it gonna be a dandy! It's always
great to get to visit with Sam and the band, and the fact that we were helping raise money for a good cause made it even better.
Thanks to Katie Chandler and all her staff for making us feel right at home. Special thanks to Jerry and Carlos for a great
job on the sound board and for getting some great audio and pics of us. These will be up as soon as they arrive here at Northridge
headquarters.
This coming Saturday, May 17, we will be performing at the annual Crewe Homecoming
celebration in Crewe, VA. The event includes live music, vendors, arts and craft exhibits, a parade, and much more, so there's
something for everyone. We play two sets, from 10 AM-12 Noon, right on Main Street in Crewe, so come on out and join us.Admission
is free to the public. Don't forget that the Central Virginia Bluegrass Festival is also taking place this
weekend, starting Thursday, May 15 and running through Saturday, May 17 at the Amelia Family Campground in Amelia, VA. This
is one of the best "jammin' "festivals anywhere around, and the Hutchinson family does a great job. For more
information on the festival, go to www.ameliafamilycampground.com We'll be coming over later in the day to jam, so stop
by and see us! We look forward to seeing each of you this weekend, Til next we meet, take care, God bless, and come see
us when you can. Harrison
